Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
We collect what we need to run this shop and get your stuff to you. That is it. No judgment, no drama.
Sexy X Drunk ("SXD," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://sexyxdrunk.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Pink Stapler, LLC, doing business as Sexy X Drunk. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or buy from the Site, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services"). "Personal information" means information that identifies you, relates to you, or can reasonably be linked to you.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information as described here.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last updated" date.
Personal information we collect
What we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you give us directly:
- Contact details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when provided.
- Order information: the items you buy, order amounts, shipping method, and payment confirmation. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Account information, if you create an account: login details and preferences.
- Communications with us: messages you send by email or through our contact form, and any photos you send us about an order problem.
- Marketing preferences: whether you sign up for our emails or texts.
A note on sensitive information: SXD is a recovery-themed brand, but we do not ask for and do not need information about your health, sobriety, or recovery. Buying from us is not treated as a statement about you. Please do not include health details in messages to us unless you want to. If you do, we will use them only to respond to you.
Information collected automatically ("Usage Data"): When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your device and browser type, IP address, general location, the pages you view, and how you interact with the Site. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to do this (see "Cookies" below).
Information from third parties:
- Shopify, the platform that hosts our store;
- our payment processors, for payment and fraud-prevention information;
- our production and fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, for order and delivery status; and
- analytics or marketing partners we may use.
How we use your personal information
- To provide our products and services: process payments, make and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, manage your account, handle claims and refunds, and provide customer support.
- For marketing: send you marketing emails or texts if you have signed up, and show you ads for our products if we advertise online.
- For security and fraud prevention: detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other harmful activity, and keep the Site secure.
- To communicate with you and improve our Services: respond to your messages, understand how the Site is used, and improve it.
- For legal reasons: comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Cookies
Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and, if we advertise, measure and personalize ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.
Browsers send "Do Not Track" signals inconsistently, so we do not change our practices when we detect one. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for that browser.
How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Shopify and other service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, and customer support;
- Print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners, including Printify and SPOD, who receive your name, shipping address, phone number when provided, and order details so they can make and ship your order;
- Shipping carriers, who receive information needed to deliver your package;
- Marketing and advertising partners, if we use them, such as an email platform or ad platforms;
- With your consent or at your direction;
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business; and
- For legal reasons: to comply with the law, respond to legal process, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies or pixels, some U.S. state laws may treat that as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described under "Your rights and choices."
Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes personal information when you use the Site and check out. To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information, see Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Third-party websites and links
The Site may link to other websites and platforms, such as social media. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Please review their policies.
Children's data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee complete security. Please do not send us sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, maintain your account, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
- Access / right to know: ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Portability: get a copy of your information.

- Restriction or objection: ask us to limit how we process your information.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Appeal: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. To use any of these rights, contact us at support@sexyxdrunk.com. We will need to verify your identity before we respond. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Complaints

We are based in the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Union, by us and our service providers. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
